Order Cancellations
Product Order Cancellation Policy
All items are made especially for you once your order is placed. Production and fulfillment are handled by Printful.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You may edit your order only until it has been sent to production.
Once the order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. However, depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality-related issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
To ensure the quickest possible resolution, please provide:

A clear photo showing the print defect or damaged area

For best results, place the item on a flat surface and make sure the tag and the issue are clearly visible in the photo.

Product Refunds
Because all products are made to order (print-on-demand via Printful), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item has a verified quality issue.
Refunds are only issued for confirmed defects and require photographic evidence.
Refund Processing Times
PayPal
Approved refunds will appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.
Credit/Debit Card
Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
